It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Nan Green of Jacksonville, Texas, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Frances Nan had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Frances Nan may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John August and Frances Estelle Petri (McIntyre); her husband Thomas F. Green; and her siblings, Johnny Mack Petri and Jean Petri.
She is survived by: her sons, James E. Green and Thomas M. Green of Jacksonville; and her sister-in-law Joan Ross of Chicago. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
