She is survived by: her brother James Milton Haynes, Jr. (Nelda); her siblings' children, Amy, Bert and Evan; her brother Walter Dwight Haynes (Cindy); her siblings' children, Melissa and Lauren; her son Steven Mack Musick (Anna); her granddaughter Andrea Musick King (Mark); her great grandchild Makayla Jordyn; her grandson Anthony Mack Musick (Lauren); her great grandchild Davis Mack; and her granddaughters, Heather Michelle, Emma Jewel and Brennan Hope.
