He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hulstine; his son John Hulstine Jr. (Dana); his brother Aaron Hulstine (Laura); and his grandchildren, Joshua Hulstine (Maggie), Jaimi Morgan (Chris) and Jennifer Chambers (Chris). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
