He was predeceased by: his parents, Bowen Lavarne Durrett and Alta Marie Durrett Barten (Phelps); his stepfather Harry Barten; his grandson Lleyton Keith Durrett; his brother Kenneth Ray Durrett; and his sister-in-law Sandra Durrett.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Marie Durrett (Wallen) of Jacksonville; his sons, Kenneth Glenn Durrett (Penny Michelle) of Jacksonville and Drew Bowen Durrett (Ashley Day) of Jacksonville; his brothers, Bowen Wayne Durrett of Columbus and Dennis Lee Durrett (Cynthia Margaret) of Jacksonville; his sister-in-law Alice Durrett of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Bentley Keith Durrett, Drew Boston Durrett, Bethany Marie Durrett, Drew Braxton Durrett and Daylee Grace Durrett.
