He is survived by: his children, Javier Perez, Claudio Perez, Teresa Perez (Jose), Jorge Perez (Laura Rodriguez), Ana Perez (Jesus Rodriguez) and Noe Perez (Abigail Mendoza); and the mother of his children Ma Guadalupe Pardo. He is also survived by five siblings, 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
