Smith, AR and Jason Chad Nichols of Denton, TX; his grandson Colin Zackery Nichols of Ozark, AR; his sisters, Cathy Barnhill Beach (David) of Hackett, AR and Lori Lynn Nichols of DeQueen, AR.; his stepparents, Otis Lay of DeQueen, AR and Eva Nichols of Pilot Point, TX; and his stepbrothers, Jerry Tom Jurecka (Angie) of Pilot Point, TX and Marcus Jurecka (Heather) of Greenwood, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
