He is survived by : his former life partner Nettie Rose Watson; his children, Christopher Green of Houston, Upendo Green of Dallas, Ameerah Green, Tahir Green of Houston, Texas. and Bahir Green of Houston, Texas.; his grandchildren, Ahmir Green, Ayden Green and Denver Saine; his wife Herquita Green; and his sister Velma Jackson of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of cousins.
