He was predeceased by: his siblings, Safar, Mohammad Ahmar-Rezai and Shafigheh Mojarrad; and his grandson Jacob Michael Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Katrinka "Connie" Rezai; his daughters, Rebecca Spraggins of Jacksonville, Rachel Rezai of Jacksonville and Megan Neang of Jacksonville; his brothers, Nasser "Nick", Amir, Yadollah, Raheme and Kareem; and his grandchildren, Hailee Castillo, Donovan Castillo, Skylar Spraggins, Noah Taylor, Jaceston Fuller, Sidnee Neang and Seth Neang. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
