She was predeceased by : her husband James Barbee, MD; her parents, Horace McGinnis and Maurine McGinnis Brown of Lexington, TX; her sister Susan Kemp; her brother-in-law Robert Morris; and her nephew Joel Morris.
She is survived by : her daughter April (Charles Baker); her granddaughter Emilia of Richardson, TX; her daughter Siobhan (Brian Akers); her granddaughters, Susan and Evelyn of Crestwood, MO.; her sister Claudia Morris; her nephew Nicholas (Tina Morris); her great-niece Hailey Morris; her brother-in-law Allen Kemp (Jo Carol); her niece Allison Kemp; and also Anthony. She is also survived by her daughters and granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Heifer International.
