Marilyn Elaine Saxon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Elaine Saxon in Jasper, Texas, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Elliott Saxon and Marie Dorothy Cumbie Shipes (Cumbie); her stepfather Johnnie Myrle Shipes; her brother Andrew Shipes; her sister-in-law Joyce Shipes; and her nephew Brian Shipes.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Frazier (Robert) of Wake Village and Douglas Richardson of Los Lunas; and her siblings, Wesley Shipes of Conroe, Mark Shipes of San Marcos, Linda Banks (Charles) of Shepard and Marsha Reavis (Vernon) of Magnolia. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and dear friends.
