She was predeceased by: her parents, James Homer and Ruby Latarrel Handy. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Kipp of Jasper; her sons, Rick Kipp (Sheli) of Longview, David Kipp of College Station and Kevin Kipp (Karen) of Jasper; and her grandchildren, Chris Kipp (Alyson), Meagan Eastburn (Zack), Shelby Kipp, Caroline Delin (Ryan), Lane Kipp (Claire), Josh Kipp, Kelsey Cogliano (Adam) and Kaylee Kipp. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
