He is survived by: his wife Anna Cochran Etheridge; his stepson Brian Kiefer; his grandchildren, Lily Anna Cochran, Brianna Kiefer, Cassie Kiefer and Brooklyn Nick; his daughter-in-law Becky Kiefer; his mother-in-law Lillie Casey; his siblings-in-law, Ramona Jones, Author Cochran and Mike Cochran; his mother Mona Hoffpauir Etheridge; and his siblings, Nell Summers (Joe), Laura Artmann (Buddy), Janice Wicker (Keith), James Q. Etheridge (Pat) and Ray Etheridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
