He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Howell and Joyce Howell; and his brothers, Roy Howell Jr. and William Howell (Billy). He is survived by : his wife Kathie Blanchard Howell; his daughter Robin Shy; his grandchild Cierra (Jacob Tallerine); his great grandchild Emma; his daughter Amy (Charles Loggins); his granddaughter Kayla (Jacob Chrisner); his great grandchildren, Riley, Ben and Michael; his daughter Dawn Terrell; his grandsons, Ethan Terrell and Seth Jones; his daughter Wendy (Eddie Duke Sr.); his grandchildren, Daniel Berger, Eddie Duke Jr. (family: Errik Duke, Stephen Duke) and Christian Duke; his sisters, Libby, Penny Howell and Susan Howell (John); his sister-in-law Terry Weisinger Howell; and also, Nevets Jennewein, Brandon Loggins (Sierra), Layla and Brantley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
