He is survived by : his wife Anna Ballard of Joaquin; his sons, Jayson Ballard of Timpson and James Lucher (Gloria) of New Waverly; his grandson Steven Lucher (Kerrie); and his siblings, Stacy Ballard of Joaquin and Julaney Campbell (Kenneth) of Burleson. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
