It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Cockrell of Joaquin, Texas, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, George Walker and Lottie Walker (Walsh); her husband John Floyd Cockrell; her sister Delores Gallien of Shreveport; and her son Ronald Cockrell (Michael Messick) of Tacoma, WA. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
