He is survived by : his wife Bunnie Diann Heath; his children, Leeann Heath and James Cody Heath (Lauren); his grandchildren, Dillon, Cody, Elizabeth, Michael II, Kaitlyn, Grace, Ben, Jackson and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Blake and Xander; his mother Annie Mae Heath; and his siblings, Steve Heath (Kim) and Anita Heath.
