He was predeceased by: his wife Nickie; his parents, Joseph Horry and Laura Belle Baker Spencer; and his siblings, Verna Eldora "Dodie" Souder (Bill), Catherine Maybelle Gregory (A. Lyn), Marion Gerald "Jerry" Spencer and Wandsley Carroll Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Jim, Ann Zintak (Ken), Catherine Ferguson (Ralph), Patricia Hess, Theresa Apps (Vince), Russell Spencer (Kristin) and Stephen Spencer; his grandchildren, Caitlin Withee (Chad), Stephen "Rusty" Hess, Jimmy Spencer (Taylor), Madison Brown (Ryan), Michael Spencer, Spencer Zintak (Danni), Sydney Ervin (Archian) and Lindsay Spencer; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Tyson and Lilliana Withee; his sister-in-law Sharron Rogers (Doug); and also Kippling Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church (105 Lbj Dr, Johnson City, TX 78636).
