She was predeceased by: her husband Topper, Jr.; her daughter Wilda Marie Topper; her parents, Manuel Hogan and Annie Hudson Hogan; and her siblings, Frances Tice, Art Hogan, Dwayne Hogan, Roy Hogan and Floyd Hogan.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Opal Hogan; her children, Treva Topper Forrester (Don) and Reverend Ernest Topper III; her wife Joni; her siblings, Judy Connor, Wayne Hogan and Charles Hogan; and also, Janetta Topper Kleier (Alan) and Redington. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
