He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bellar; his children, Jason Bellar and Serena Robb; his son-in-law Donald Robb; his grandchildren, Bryson Bellar, Thomas Robb and Matthew Robb; and his siblings, Jerry Bellar, David Bellar and Betty Bellar.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stroud Funeral Home (538 TX-288 Business, Clute, TX 77531). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
