He was predeceased by : his parents, Carrel N Frazier and Virginia Lola Spruill; his brothers, Gann Wilson and John Andrew Frazier; his son James Byron Frazier; and his stepmother Coleta Taylor.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra L. Hauser; his siblings, Carolyn Smith, Marie Frazier, Mary Ann Mezzapelle (Chris), Coleta Wilkerson and Robert Sterling; his children, Veronica (Vicky), Wilks (Ron), John A. Frazier, Michelle Rash (Lance) and Carrell Frazier (CN); and his stepson Patrick Brammer (Patches). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren & numerous Nieces & nephews.
