She is survived by: her husband Edgar Ascencio; her children, Clelia Claros, Tanya Claros and Edgar Ascencio Jr.; her grandchildren, Eddie Patino, Liam Gonzalez-Claros and Victoria Beltran; her siblings, Luis Claros, Lucila Reyes, Oscar Claros, Marina Claros, Julia Claros, Tereso Claros, Pedro Reyes, Silvina Claros, Gloria Claros and Emilia Claros; and her pet Bella Claros.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Katy Funeral Home (23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, TX 77494). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Forest Park Southwest Cemetery (9040 FM359, Richmond, TX 77406).
