He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Carlo and Mary Jane Di Carlo; and his brothers, Joe and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Cole and Melissa; his grandchildren, Luca, Summer, Daisy, Rilee Faith and Garrison Jay; and his siblings, Jeff, Pat Jr., Paul and Joy.
