He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Fowler and Ollie Fowler. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Lou Fowler; his sons, Charles Ralph Fowler (Dawn) and Michael Glen Fowler (Cindy); his grandchildren, Bobby Don Fowler (Amy) and Andrea Weisbruch (Jimmy); his sons, Zachary Charles Fowler (Melissa) and Travis Emil Fowler (Chelsa); and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Jace, Reese and Maci. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parker - Ashworth Funeral Home (22175 S Washington, Kaufman, TX 75142). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142).
