He is survived by : his friend Lavinia Taylor; his children, Robert Scoggins, Cody Scoggins and Kasey Scoggins; and his siblings, Richard Scoggins, Gary Scoggins and Patricia Ann Brayley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends.
