She is survived by : her children, Frederick Butler (Dee Ann) of Dallas, Gay Shafer (Bret) of Kaufman and Sheri Gillen (James) of Gilmer; her sister Gay Boeneke (Burton) of Prairieville, LA; her grandchildren, Tiffany Forsyth (Kevin) and Aubri Gillen; her great grandchildren, Keaton Forsyth (Sarah), Bailey, Clowey, Kennedy and Remii Forsyth; her niece Gay Thackrey; and her nephew William Boeneke.
