She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Pachiano of Lubbock, Texas, Keith Pachiano of Wesley Chapel, Florida, Jeffrey Pachiano of Lockney, Texas and Louis Pachiano of Fort Worth; and her sister Margaret of California. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many relatives.
