Hughes of Kemp, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edward Hughes and Chereé Hughes; and his brother James E. Hughes II. He is survived by : his wife Heather G. Hughes; his children, Emily Arlene Paxton-Hughes and Jason Edward Hughes; and his sisters, Carol Williams, Evelyn McDaniel, Naomi Herrera, Lois Smith and Bonnie K. Collins.
