She was predeceased by: her son Joseph Isaiah Maxted; her siblings, Jan Shelton and Paul Shelton; and her parents, Eunice Gertrude Grunenwald Shelton and Albert Joseph Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Karey Elaine Maxted and Luke Wayne Shelton; her grandchildren, Blake, Chase Pipkin, Matthew, Tyler Reed, Adonai, Zion, Kai'i Shelton, Marayah, Daelan and Sabrena Thomson; her great grandchildren, Harley Sulser, Olivia Pipkin, Athena Faye Reed and McKinley Valdez; and her close friend Norma.
