He was predeceased by : his parents, Pedro G. Cabrera and Elbira Felan Cabrera; his siblings, Pete, Elias, Arthur, John, Ricardo Cabrera, Virginia Gelker and Yolanda Treto; and his half-brothers, Rueben and Armando Najera.
He is survived by : his wife Mary; his half-brother Zaragoza Najera; his children, Elbira (Joe Alvarado) and Moses (Lisa Cabrera); his grandsons, Aaron Alvarado and Gabriel Cabrera; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Zig, Joe Oliver and Emy Lissette Alvarado.
