She was predeceased by : her children, Melba Byrd and Garth Griggs Jr.; and her parents, Melba Day and Ancil Day. She is survived by : her siblings, Richard Day, Vance Day, Wade Day and Sherry Alcala; her aunt Fonda Gonzales; her brother Carson Day Sr. (Rossanne) of Granbury; her grandson Fred Tebo (Stephanie) of Burleson; her great grandchildren, Emily and Freddie Tebo; her niece Tammie Self (Josh) of Springtown; her great-nieces, Makayla, Sara, Ruby Ana and Karli; and her great-nephew Axel.
