He was predeceased by : his parents, Carmen Collazo and Leonardo Frausto; and his siblings, Leonar, Mary, Eva and Carlos.

He is survived by : his wife Margarita Frausto; his sister Linda; and his children, Norma, Blanca, Alice, Arthur Jr., Pablo, Joe and Alfonso. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren.
