She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie G. Smith and John Morris Rotan; her husband Junior Baldwin; her children, Johnny Baldwin and Ragna Baldwin; her sisters, Katherine Culpepper, Joyce Alsup, Faye O'Brien and Jean Cina; and her great grandchildren, Dillon and Silas Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, George "Pete" (Roxyann Baldwin) of Kerrville, Beth Baldwin of Wyoming and Georgia Fay Knox of Kerrville; her siblings, Charlotte Jones, Linda Raye Crockett and MacT Raye; her grandchildren, Chad Baldwin, Crystal Carroll, Michael Baldwin (Charlie), Billy Joe Kuhn, Dustin Kuhn, Jacob Kuhn, Blake Kuhn, Noah Trevino, Treva Hardiman, Kathy Mitchell, Chasity Cox (Jesse McElhaney) and Eric (Katelyn Cox); and her siblings' child Carmen. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
