In the vast expanse of eternity, Carolyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carolyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Hollins and Buena Mae Hollins (Weaver). She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Herrera (Roland) of Sweetwater, TX, Lisa Welch (Mitch) of Normandy Park, WA, Barbra Green of Kerrville, TX, Beverly Johnson (Nicky) of San Angelo, TX and Kelly Brittain (Mike) of Austin, TX.; and her siblings, Margaret Vickers of Richardson, TX, Bill Hollins of Coleman, TX. and Dan Hollins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kerrville Funeral Home (1221 Junction Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028).
Carolyn Sue Bowman's spirit and dedication to her family and friends will be remembered fondly, and her contributions to both her profession and her community will leave a lasting impact.
