It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Gunter in Kerrville, Texas, born in Bay City, Texas, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Myra Alice Taylor and James Hamilton Skinner; her former life partner John W. Billings; her spouse Ramsey Gunter; her stepdaughter Melinda Assereto; and her stepgranddaughter Mercedes Mazzei.

She is survived by : her daughters, Lynn Epperson and Jan Veselka (Terry) of Kerrville; her stepson Dana Gunter (Nancy) of Cedar Springs, Texas.; her grandchildren, Christine Chandler of Killeen, Texas, Jonathon Segura (Alexander Gorinsky) of Seattle, Washington and Tara Veselka (Brett Edwards) of San Antonio, Texas; her great grandchild Annika Edwards-Veselka of San Antonio, Texas.; and her stepgrandchildren, Oscar, Mario Mazzei, Tina Gunter, Scott Gunter (Tiffany), Gwynn Ritchey (JD) and Ben Gunter (Logan).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Hill Country Youth Ranch or First Presbyterian Church, Yorktown, Texas, or First Presbyterian Church, Kerrville, Texas.
