He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Collazo and Elida Collazo; his former wife Margarita Collazo; his son Faustino Collazo Jr.; and his siblings, Pete Collazo, Martin Collazo, Alberto Collazo and Esther Collazo Ayala.
He is survived by: his children, Isaac Collazo, Adelita Collazo Beers (Stewart) and Joe Gonzales (Dana). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
