He is survived by: his wife Monica Phillips Penkilo; his daughters, Ava Hope Penkilo and Anna Grace Penkilo; his sister Jeannine Luenser of Denton, TX; his nephew Kenneth Luenser (Lilly); his great-niece Poppy; his brother Chris Phillips (Lindsay) of Frisco, TX; and his siblings' children, Hailey Phillips, Caden Phillips and Hannah Phillips.
