She was predeceased by : her daughter Cynthia Zenner Phillips; her parents, Harry Novian and Rubye Novian (Schnerr); and her stepsiblings, Frank Busch and Willie Ann Cosper.

She is survived by : her brother Joseph W. Novian II (Pat); and her sons, James and Jason Leifeste.
