With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luanne Hicks Schmedemann (Kerrville, Texas), born in Goodland, Kansas, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Bill Hicks; her husband Ivan "Doc"; and her mother Olive Neil Hicks. She is survived by : her son John (Paige) of Boerne, TX; and her grandchildren, Abby of College Station, TX and Nick of San Antonio, TX.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to the Texas A&M Foundation, 401 George Bush Drive, College Station, Texas 77840.
