He was predeceased by: his brother Bob; and his niece Doris Smith. He is survived by: his children, Lois Highsmith, Jim Crider and Judy Schlotzhauer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, not to mention countless nieces and nephews.
