She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Alspaugh and Carolyn Alspaugh; and her brother Karl Alspaugh. She is survived by: her sons, William and Mitchell Schumann; her siblings, Debbie Leatham, Lori Gail Alspaugh (Tara Callaway) and Wesley Alspaugh (Kim); and her granddaughters, Emma and Hadley Schumann. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation or St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital.
