He is survived by: his wife Martha; his daughters, Deborah (Rob) and Janet (Jeff); his grandchildren, Christian, Thomas Hines, Christopher (Mallory) and Stephanie Whisenhunt; his great grandchildren, Danielle, Asher, Natalie and Gracie; his siblings, Fred Lester (Lynda) and Nelda Lawson; and his siblings-in-law, Reta Whitley, Virginia Lester and Harold Dayton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
