She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Woodrow and Evah Lucille Dorst (Kneedler); her husband Jerry Dean Cox, Sr.; and her granddaughter Meggan Marasek (Tarwater). She is survived by: her children, Teresa Shobe, Kimberly Earl (Brad) and Jerry Dean "Jay" Cox, Jr. (Trish); her sisters, Connie Kauffman and Chyrl McCoy; her nephew Brian Kauffman (Shannon); her grandchildren, Zach Tarwater, Mark Hopkins, Kennedy, Trevor, Dillon, Mason Cox and Emma Shobe; and her great grandchildren, Jonas, Charlie Tarwater, Owen and Nora Hopkins.

Should you wish to remember Judy, donations can be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice who lovingly cared for her in her final days of life.
