She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Arthur Duke and Kathryn Miller (Duke); and her children, Cathy Lea Owen and Burl Duke Owen. She is survived by: her husband Bill Owen; her son William Alvin Owen; her grandchildren, Benjamin Owen, Natalie Owen, Megan Owen and Seth Owen; and her sisters, Margaret Cotten of Tyler and Ruth Smith of Tyler. She is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
