She was predeceased by : her parents, John Cervenka and Kristina Cervenka; her husband Joe Anton Zett, Jr.; her sons, David Zett and Steve R. Zett, Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Elliston, Mary Grady and Johnny Cervenka.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Shelly McCoy, Steve R. Zett, Jr. and Rowdy Zett (Carrie); and her great grandchild Chandler McCoy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
