She was predeceased by : her stepfather Ken Lawrence, Jr.; her sister Karen Perow; and her grandson Chrsitopher Copeland. She is survived by : her parents, Edgar Waites and Margaret Perow; her children, Brandon Hearn, Kendall Bell, Brittany Copeland and Brianne Giles; her brothers, Eric, Steven, Corey, Derwin, Ethan, Michael, Rodrick and Kenneth; and her grandchildren, Ashanna Copeland, Christian Copeland and Ashia Copeland.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home (506 N 38th St, Killeen, TX 76543). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (1873 N 1st St, Temple, TX 76501).
