She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Rose Geist and Fred C. Geist; her husband Richard Ehret of Plevna; her sisters, Konnie Geist and Linda Kelleran; and her grandson Eric Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Ehret (Carol) of Waco, Texas, Laurie Nunn (John) of Central Texas, Richard Ehret Jr., John Ehret of Killeen, Texas and Kristen Barber of Killeen; her granddaughters, Rose Barber and Marissa Barber; and her sister Penny Gillespie of Avondale. She is also survived by several cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
