She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezequiel Sloss Rincones and Socorro Muro; her brother Joel Rincones; and her daughter Debra Jean McNeill. She is survived by: her husband John Edward McNeill, Jr.; her daughters, Kelly McNeill Bush and Lloret Marie McNeill; her granddaughters, Sophia Maria Jackson (Zac), Isabel Ruby Gilbreath (Marshall), Josephine Coco Bush, Zoey Marie McNeill and Lola Jean McNeill; her great grandchild Ruth Carmen Gilbreath; and her brothers, Ezequiel Rincones, Ramiro Rincones and Ricardo Rincones.

Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) in Elva's honor.
