She was predeceased by : her parents, Simon Martinez and Paula Cardona; and her husband Jesus Esquivel. She is survived by : her children, Javier Esquivel and Elisa Esquivel Inguanzo; and her grandchildren, Celeste Esquivel, Miguel Esquivel, Daniella Inguanzo, Eric Inguanzo and Erica Inguanzo.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church (2903 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76543). A burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at the Killeen City Cemetery.
