She was predeceased by : her parents, Erich Pietzonka and Margot Mueller Pietzonka. She is survived by : her husband Frank Brome of Killeen; her son Erich Brome of New Braunfels; her grandson Myles Brome; her sisters, Petra Junk and Marika Spazier; and her aunt Ursula Warick.
