She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Oberst and Herman Oberst. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Duane Bowers; her children, Debbie Hand and Brent Bowers; and her grandchildren, Shelly Bowers, Ryan Harper (Kara), Whitney Harper and Nathan Bowers.
